Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what personal data HDC collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where it applies to visitors from the EU/EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
H Digital ConsultancyYaron Hubin

Email: yaron@hdigitalconsultancy.com
2. Contact form
When you send a message through the contact form, HDC receives your first name, last name, email address and message, plus the page you sent it from, the industry page (if any), the language version and any campaign parameters in the link you used (for example from a flyer QR code). This information is used only to answer your enquiry and to understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries.
Form submissions are delivered by email through Web3Forms. Emails are stored in HDC's Google Workspace account.
3. Website analytics
HDC uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are viewed and whether the contact form is submitted. Google Analytics runs in consent mode: analytics cookies are only set if you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. Without consent, no analytics cookies are stored; Google may receive limited, cookieless signals that cannot be used to identify you across visits.
You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
4. Hosting and fonts
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which processes technical access data (such as IP address, browser and time of access) to deliver the site securely. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers.
5. Transfers abroad
Some providers above are based in, or may process data in, the USA. Transfers rely on the Swiss–US and EU–US Data Privacy Frameworks or on standard contractual clauses.
6. How long data is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if a working relationship follows, for as long as that relationship and any legal retention duties require. Enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship are deleted after at most three years.
7. Your rights
You can ask HDC for information about the personal data held about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You can object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. To do so, email yaron@hdigitalconsultancy.com. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU/EEA, to your local data protection authority.
8. Changes
HDC may update this policy when the website or the services it uses change. The current version is always published on this page.
